Everything you need to know about REQBEE — our consulting approach, the SAP modules we cover, the SAP Assistant, and the automation agents we are building for SAP Finance.

COMPANY

What does REQBEE do?

REQBEE is a specialist SAP consulting firm for FI/CO, TRM and PS. We take on direct project mandates and offer the REQBEE SAP Assistant — an AI-powered tool for immediate expert answers on SAP configuration and project artefacts.

Companies of all sizes running SAP FI/CO, TRM or PS — from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises. Typical situations are an ongoing S/4HANA project, a period-end close not running cleanly, or a first-time Treasury implementation.

At REQBEE you speak directly with the consultant who takes on your project — no account management, no junior staffing. Every answer comes from real hands-on experience with productive SAP systems, not documentation research.

REQBEE consultants use AI-assisted tools throughout every engagement — from fit-gap analysis to test case generation. This means faster turnaround on standard project artefacts and more time spent on decisions that require expert judgement.

SAP CONSULTING

What makes REQBEE consultants different from generalist SAP consultants?

REQBEE consultants work exclusively in FI/CO, TRM and PS — not across the full SAP suite. That depth means they recognise configuration problems, integration issues and closing errors that generalist consultants typically miss. Every engagement is handled by a senior consultant with direct hands-on experience from productive systems, not by a team of varying seniority levels.

Yes. REQBEE consultants understand the financial and controlling processes behind the configuration — period-end close logic, treasury reconciliation, project cost flows — not just the IMG transactions. This means requirements are assessed against real business impact, not just technical feasibility.

REQBEE consultants use the REQBEE SAP Assistant as an integrated part of their workflow — for structured fit-gap analysis, configuration design decisions, test case generation and process documentation. This reduces time spent on standard artefacts and keeps the focus on the configuration and integration decisions that require senior judgement.

Yes. REQBEE typically works alongside internal SAP teams and key users — filling specific knowledge gaps in FI/CO, TRM or PS rather than taking over the full project. This model works well for companies that have internal capacity but need deep module expertise for specific configuration decisions, error diagnosis or migration scope assessments.

SAP ASSISTANTS & AGENTS

What is the REQBEE SAP Assistant?

An AI-powered tool that delivers expert answers on SAP FI/CO, TRM and PS in 10 defined output formats — including fit-gap analysis, configuration design decisions, user stories, test cases and root cause diagnosis.

SAP Joule supports navigation and transaction execution within SAP. The REQBEE SAP Assistant is independent of SAP, focused on configuration knowledge and project artefacts, and works without access to a live SAP system.

No. The SAP Assistant is available from EUR 10 per question with no minimum contract. Professional and Enterprise Editions are available for teams and companies that need higher volume or a company-specific knowledge base.

For structured tasks with a defined output — fit-gap tables, test cases, configuration recommendations — the assistant delivers immediately usable results. For complex mandates involving ongoing system responsibility or go-live support, direct consulting engagement remains the right approach. Many clients use both.

Three agents are in development: the FI/CO Closing Agent for automated month-end and year-end close support, the PS Project Controlling Agent for automated checks on project costs and budget variances, and the TRM Treasury Reconciliation Agent for automated bank statement matching and clearing. All are built on the same specialist knowledge base as the SAP Assistant.
